For an enjoyable activity for all, we recommend having 8 to 10 friends. The more friends, the longer it takes before you have the animals in hand.

For birthday parties, payment must be made by credit card through our online booking system.

As Éducazoo is 100% self-funded through its activities, all revenue is essential to the well-being of the animals. Given this reality, no refunds are possible in the event of cancellation. The date of the activity can be changed free of charge at least 48 hours before our appointment. In the event of a late date change, a fee of $75 + tax will be charged.

For birthday parties, we arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the activity.

Additional gifts can be ordered for $6 per item. All items are payable on-site in cash. Your naturalist will provide you with an invoice.

For birthday parties, no special arrangements are required. Generally, a room such as a living room is sufficient. All that is required is that everyone can sit down, preferably in a circle so that the animator can move around easily with the animals.

Absolutely! The Fur and Feathers theme only includes mammals and birds. However, the time slots are more restricted for this package. For weekend activities, the animation must take place before 12 p.m. or after 5 p.m.

Our naturalist will make sure that your child is the star of the day by offering them privileges: assistant to the guide, taking the animals first, passing them to their friends, taking the animals twice, etc.
