It is possible to make special requests for certain species when booking an activity. However, it is important to keep in mind that we may not be able to meet requests 100%, as the selection of animals is always made according to the needs of each individual and their lifestyle.

For the animals, it is our biologist who makes the selections to ensure that we bring you species that are suitable for handling according to the age of the group. In addition, we must rotate so that everyone has their day off and to respect their respective stimulation needs :)

As we have more than 500 species, it is difficult to put your finger on exactly which animal will come to visit you! However, I can assure you that our biologists in charge of the animals will be able to make a selection according to the age of the children to encourage handling as much as possible in an ethical and safe context, the primary goal of Éducazoo is to raise awareness but also for young people to be able to take and touch the animals :)

Our activities are focused and prioritize the handling of animals for all participants. However, some species are more fragile than others and this results in limited handling. However, we make sure to present the species to you in a privileged way (e.g.: the tree frogs will be presented on a transparent plate that everyone can share in order to see the species up close).

Our animals are considered non-allergenic, meaning that with low exposure, the risks of being allergic are very limited. The participant will be able to touch the animals without any problem. However, we will make sure to have them wash their hands thoroughly between each species to limit the risks.

As we are a sanctuary for domestic and exotic animals, we mainly new pets. There are therefore no cats or dogs at Éducazoo.

We have several parrots. They can talk but be aware that it is rare that they talk in animation since we cannot make them repeat everything we want, contrary to what we might believe. It is possible that the parrot that visits you does not say anything.
